1994 Participates in a consultancy firm specialized in Business Process Redesign.

1996 Acquisition of Netherlands based consultancy and software vendor CSA Software en Advies. With this new acquisition it became possible to provide our clients with a complete solution including software products and expertise in banking, insurance and investment management.

1999 Participation in software development for graphical imaging

2000 Joint venture with D+P, a New Zealand based digital media marketing and (internet) publishing company.

2002 Development, in cooperation with Australian partners, of specialized software products for the marine industry.

2004 Lue Group joined forces with private investment manager ABP Services.

2008 Acquisition of the european distribution rights of the GetOnTop BI® family of products.
